Who We Are ?
We are a CQC registered Supported Living and Domiciliary Care provider and health and social care agency. We support and deliver high-quality person-centred strength based support to adults with complex needs in supported living and community settings.
Complex needs include Peg feed, mild to severe learning disabilities, Autism, Epilepsy, mental health, acquired brain injury, challenging behaviours, ex-offenders, catheter care, end of life care and physical care requirements, including the use of specialised equipment.
We advocate active support to empower individuals to build on and maintain their existing skills this including nutrition and health.
Our Care & Support includes
Our vision is to provide care, support individuals back into the community and see lives restored with an objective to reach out to as many vulnerable people who have lost hope in themselves and/or are virtually discouraged to live up to their full potential. We desire to affect lives in a positive way in their home or in nursing facilities by treating them with the dignity and respect they deserve.

We are a pillar of support bridging a gap between the provision of care for vulnerable people with a diversity of needs and the quality of staff we supply in promoting a safe and friendly environment. Whilst we believe that it takes care and skill to provide the best service, we can achieve more when we do this with a conviction that all people need to be treated equally irrespective of their circumstances.

individuals with great care. We continually improve the quality of our
services through lessons learnt.
Collaborative working
We firmly believe in collaborative work and taking into account the views of
all those involved in the care and support of individuals, social workers,
family members, health professionals, staff and all stakeholder. We value
the contribution and input of our staff given that they work with individuals
on a daily basis and are often the first to notice changes in their well-being
and health.

I founded the company Ebenezer (Stone Of Help) Ltd 11th November 2016. Over 23 Years’ Experience
I have over 23 years’ experience of working in the care sector working with adults with mild to severe learning disabilities, autism and associated challenging behaviour.
So, this is where my idea came from, I felt there was a shortage of trusted providers that specialise in complex care.
I wanted to be able to put that experience and knowledge to better use, and make a difference across Derby and Derbyshire, sharing my passion and flair. I planned to recruit like minded staff who also wanted to make a difference in the community. My goal was to engage competent staff within the bespoke, who would tailor their service around the user’s individual requirements and offer flexible and unique support.
